I don’t believe every presentation needs a stage to be powerful. Sometimes it’s a smaller conversation where people can be honest, ask questions, and actually talk to one another
that are the most moving and profound.
What I bring is curiosity, honesty, and a willingness to go a little deeper. Depending
on the setting, that might mean challenging
an idea, asking the question no one else is asking, or simply giving people room to consider something from a new perspective.

I’m always interested in what happens when people look at the same question from different perspectives.
Whether I’m contributing as a panelist or guiding the discussion as a moderator, I’m interested in what’s underneath the obvious answer. I ask questions that open things up, make room for different perspectives, and keep the conversation moving somewhere meaningful.
ROUNDTABLES
There’s something different about a conversation when everyone has a seat at the table.
I facilitate small-group conversations where people can exchange ideas, talk honestly about what they’re experiencing, and learn from the people sitting beside them. My role is to guide the conversation without taking it over.
