I got married at 25, had two children, bought a house, worked, went to sporting events, you get the point.
Over time, I started noticing that, like me, most people were caught up in the pace, pressure, and distraction of modern life. They were trying to get through the day, reacting to the moment, and rarely making time for themselves or the friendships that quietly got pushed aside.
That realization shaped the work I do today.
As a professional speaker and Certified Professional Coach, I believe most people want more meaning and satisfaction in their lives, but few have the capacity or guidance to figure out what that looks like.
I give people the opportunity to look at the forces shaping their lives, reconnect with what matters to them, and make a new plan.
My goal is to help you build a life filled with meaning, connection, and possibility.

My background brings together formal training in coaching, psychology, and over a decade of real-world professional experience.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ottawa University and a Paralegal Certificate from JCCC. I've spent 13 years working as a paralegal and law office manager. Alongside my professional career, I have been coaching individuals and facilitating group workshops for more than 10 years.
As a married mother of two adult children, I’ve experienced firsthand how life changes as priorities shift, identities evolve, and the things that once felt important can look different over time.
Across all of these roles, I’ve consistently been drawn to one idea: a meaningful, satisfying life doesn’t happen by accident. It takes intention, connection, and the courage to ask what's possible.
